Service Agreements & Estimates

All restoration work is subject to a separate written estimate or service authorization that outlines scope of work, equipment deployment, timeline, and pricing. No demolition, material removal, or billing beyond emergency stabilization begins without your written or verbal approval of the estimate.

Emergency extraction and tarping may be performed immediately to prevent further damage, with full scope presented upon technician arrival or within 24 hours for after-hours losses.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is typically due upon completion of each project phase unless your insurance carrier issues a direct-pay authorization. Deductibles and non-covered items are the property owner's responsibility.

For insurance claims, we provide Xactimate-compatible documentation, daily moisture logs, and photo reports. Final invoicing may follow adjuster approval timelines.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled non-emergency inspection with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a trip charge. Active emergency dispatches — including standing water, sewage backups, and post-monsoon flooding — cannot be cancelled once a crew is en route without applicable mobilization fees.

Property Access & Owner Responsibilities

By scheduling restoration services, you grant our technicians access to affected areas of your property. You are responsible for:

• Disclosing known hazards including asbestos, lead paint, electrical risks, and prior mold history.
• Securing pets and providing safe access to water-damaged or mold-affected zones.
• Maintaining utilities as directed (e.g., keeping HVAC off during active mold remediation).
• Informing tenants, HOAs, or property managers as required by your lease or governing documents.

Liability & Insurance

Water Damage and Mold Removal Tucson AZ is a licensed and insured restoration contractor carrying general liability and workers' compensation coverage as required by Arizona law. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, undocumented conditions discovered after work begins, or delays caused by insurance authorization, material shortages, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for those specific services unless otherwise prohibited by Arizona law.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law
